SSG Gibbs of the Montgomery Recruiting Center successfully planned and coordinated a partnership meeting with the Montgomery Job Corp located within the Center’s footprint. SSG Gibbs’ task and purpose was to further seek the best qualified and quality individuals for enlistment into the U.S Army. This event was an extreme success as the Battalion Commander, Battalion Command Sergeant Major, and Company Commander had the opportunity to learn about the various programs offered in addition to receiving a full tour of the entire facility. After completion of the meeting an agreement was made to confirm this new found partnership.
